A) Server Requirements - top

To run Touch Gigs PHP Script, you need a domain name and a hosting account or dedicated server with software installed for a web server. In order to run properly our script, your server needs to have installed the following:

B) Script Installation - top

  1. Upload the zip inside the "Upload" folder to your public_html (or www) directory

  2. Unzip the package

  3. Then, Go to Mysql Database Wizard from Cpanel's Database section..

  4. Enter a suitable prefix for your database

  5. Then, Enter a suitable prefix for your username and enter your desired password for the database two times, and press Create User

  6. In Step 3, Click on All Privileges at the top left, and then go to the bottom and click on "Make Changes".

  7. Copy the database name and username from the next screen.

  8. Go to https://yourdomain.com and fill in your MySQL database name, username and password (The one we did in previous steps)

  9. If you have a Linux/Unix make sure 'uploads', 'images/avatars', 'images/offers' folders are writable. Chmod 0755 or 0777

  10. Click on Start Installation Button.

  11. Run Installation

  12. Note your admin area password

C) Changing Your Password - top

  1. Login to your admin panel (https://yourdomain.com/admin/index.php) and enter the username and password which you got from the previous step.

  2. Then, Go to Settings (Second last option)

  3. In the right hand side, you will notice Admin Password, Click on that

  4. Enter your current password, and double enter your new desired password.

  5. Click on Change password

  6. Your password is changed

    From the settings option in menu you can change different settings of your marketplace.
